THE ROOSTER SCARES DEATH
During its existence, the band has recorded 7 studio albums, several EPs and participated in many music compilations. Some of their best known recordings are "Kurnik shopa!", "Duševní výluka" and "Vykřičený muž". In 2016 they released a special EP and a book charting their history to celebrate the band's 20th anniversary.
Rooster Shy Death have toured all over the Czech Republic, appearing at all the major punk festivals such as Keltská noc, Pod parou or Venice Night. They have also played abroad - in Poland, Slovakia, France and Germany.
Their style is a combination of punk, metal and rock with Czech lyrics full of irony and black humour. At concerts they are known for the stormy atmosphere they can create on stage. The band has a stable fan base across the country. Even after years of operation, they maintain their reputation as a great concert band and pioneers of Czech crossover.
