The Hornets - the new rock'n'roll sensation from Italy is coming to Falcon! 🎶

Italian band The Hornets burst onto the music scene in 2016 and in a short time have won the hearts of fans across Europe. Now they are heading to the Czech Republic to show us their raw retro rock'n'roll full of energy on December 8th! ⚡⚡⚡

The roots of this four-member group go back to the small town of Carpi near Modena. The band was founded in September 2016 by brothers Stefano and Alberto Francia together with their neighbour Giovanni Artioli. The trio was united by their passion for motorbikes, vintage cars and of course rock'n'roll! 🎸

All members have a lot of musical experience from other projects. Without much planning, they started rehearsing and soon created their signature retro sound inspired by the 70s.

První singl “You’re Falling Down” vydali The Hornets v roce 2018. Následovaly hity “Saturday Night” a “Midnight Crap”, se kterými úspěšně vystoupili na prestižním festivalu v Sanremu. V listopadu 2020 pak kapela vydala své první album s názvem “Heavier Than A Stone”. Deska představila 12 skladeb plných energie, vášně a chytlavých melodií. Kritici ocenili syrový retro zvuk The Hornets, který zní jako návrat do 70. let. 💖
