We obtain personal data directly from you, based on your ticket purchase or based on your registration on the website www.falconclub.cz and creating your personal profile.

Like personal data do we collect?

When buying a ticket:

name, surname, e-mail and telephone number number or address, if necessary, e.g. for delivery of tickets or other goods,
other data required by the organiser, which are necessary for the proper conduct of the event and which are included in the purchase marked with an icon (i) on the purchase form.

If you register and create a profile:

name, surname, e-mail,
photo if you register via Facebook or if you upload it yourself,
the same details as when purchasing the ticket, if you buy a ticket through your profile.

K what purposes do we use personal data for?

For the purposes of the performance of the ticket sales contract, which we have entered into with you, i.e. for the purpose of:

ticket delivery,
informing about a change of date or place of the event, cancellation of the event, other details and particulars of the event,
checking the ticket and allowing access to the event,
handling of the complaint and possible return of the entrance fee.

For the purposes of managing and operating the profile, i.e. for:

creating personalised offers and promotions that might be of interest to you,
connecting with other people with similar interests.

For the purposes of processing for the legitimate interest of the Cultural centre Falcon z. s. or the organiser, i.e.:

product and service offerings related to related to the event (e.g. accommodation, transport, accompanying programme),
prevention and detection of fraudulent behaviour (e.g. reselling tickets for profit without a business licence),
